What is tamanu oil ?
It is made from the fruits of an evergreen tree that grows in the tropical regions of the world. The oil is widely used in cosmetics, thanks to its rich content of alpha-linolenic and oleic acids. They help the skin restore its natural oils without clogging pores. Antioxidant compounds in oleic acid can protect against free radical damage, keeping skin youthful, smooth and firm.
