All our soaps hold extremely rich content of karite that makes them perfect for even an extra dry and/or sensitive skin. We use the so called cold method for making our soaps that is one of the best methods as it preserves all qualities of the ingredients used. Thanks to the method and also to the high quality components inside, the soap perfectly cleanse your skin by leaving it hydrated and silky soft. Glycerine is a natural compound that is naturally found during the soap making process. It is an ingredient that attracts and locks in moisture in the skin and that makes our soap the perfect choice for a smooth and feeling-good skin.
The most serious part in the how-to for our soaps is not the use but the storage. As they are really rich in glycerin they easily attract water so you must keep them as dry as possible between uses. The best is to store them in a draining soap dish so that it keeps good airflow circulation.

What means in the labelling of our soap “sodium hydroxide (not contained in the finished product)”. Every soap that is a real soap is made from the chemical reaction between sodium hydroxide/lye and the butters and oils in the formula. This chemical reaction is called saponification and it happens when you have an acid and a base. The base in this instance is sodium hydroxide, and the acids are fatty acids (triglycerides) found in butter and oils. When oils are mixed with sodium hydroxide, there’s a chemical reaction between the substances (saponification), and the result is an entirely new substance. This substance is soap! So in this sense, our soap is made with the help of sodium hydroxide but in the process this sodium hydroxide has disappeared and that is why you will not find it in the final product.
