Delivery

Orders placed Monday – Friday until 15h are delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 15h are delivered up to 2 working days.

We work with ECONT and Speedy. Cost of delivery to courier office is 4 BGN and cost of delivery to personal address is 8 BGN.

Delivery for orders above 60 BGN is free. 

Orders outside Bulgaria need up to 7 working days to be delivered. Cost of delivery is 8 EUR and for orders above 50 EUR, we offer free delivery.

 

Delivery terms

After you placed an order on www.moravabalm.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation in which you will see order number and order summary. In case there is missing information that is important for delivering correctly your order, we will get in touch with you to clarify details. In case, we are not able to reach you on the phone number or e-mail you have provided, there is a chance that your order will be delayed. 

Payment

We accept three ways of payment :

а/  Cash on delivery (only possible for delivery in Bulgaria)

б/  Card payment

в/  Paypal

Return and exchange

You can return your order placed on www.moravabalm.com within 14 days of receiving it as long as it fulfils the following terms :

• Products are in their original packaging, that is kept in its unused and clean condition
• There are no signs products have been used
• Original invoice or cash receipt (any proof of purchase you have received with your order) is included in the return parcel

 

Cost of return are at your expense.

We refund your return without the cost of delivery.

We refund all orders paid cash on delivery via bank transfer up to 14 days after receiving your return. Orders paid via bank card are refunded back to the original payment method up to 14 days after receiving the return.

We do not accept exchange of products.
