Delivery

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM are shipped for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are delivered within 2 business days. We partner with ECONT and Speedy for fast and reliable delivery. Shipping to a courier office costs €2, while home delivery costs €4. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over €50. For international orders outside Bulgaria, delivery takes up to 7 business days. Shipping costs €8, and orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Terms

After you placed an order on www.moravabalm.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation in which you will see order number and order summary. In case there is missing information that is important for delivering correctly your order, we will get in touch with you to clarify details. In case, we are not able to reach you on the phone number or e-mail you have provided, there is a chance that your order will be delayed.

We accept three ways of payment : а/ Cash on delivery (only possible for delivery in Bulgaria) б/ Card payment в/ Paypal

Return and exchange

You may return your order purchased from www.moravabalm.com within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the following conditions are met: The products are unused and returned in their original packaging. The original invoice, receipt, or any other proof of purchase included with your order is enclosed in the return parcel. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued for the value of the returned products only and do not include the original delivery charges. Orders paid via cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving and processing the returned items. Orders paid by bank card are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and processing the return. Please note that we do not offer product exchanges.
